Tax until end of 2021 - circa 3 months working this year.

I have been offered a job starting shortly - I haven't been working in 2021 up to now & I will be a higher rate PAYE tax-payer - will I basically pay little or no tax in 2021 given there's only three months left in the year. No other sources of non-PAYE taxable income etc. Thanks.

Yes, your 2021 tax credits will massively offset your tax liability. Bear in mind though that Jobseekers Benefit is taxable and so is PUP. Just keep it in mind when you're calculating your tax liability.
