Any ideas or expereince to share on TAXshelter investment proposal by Cogent tax group www.cogentax.com i salw website and newspaper advts. looking for people who can share the experience , appreciate the risk in any investment but would like to know the goodies and badies as well.

i got call and explanation from the concerned and have all the required information. at a basic level this is not for a small investor with 10-15K taxable rental surplus after claiming allowances. some one with excess of 35K rental surplus will benfit from this and certainly not for me.
