Tax return-unemplyed/PUP

I was temporarly let go by my employerback in 2021 and in receipt of PUP.
I'm now trying to declare a rental income, and also add my medical expenses for same year.
When i login to my Account on revenue, it won't let me into 2021"You cannot proceed as you had no job or pension on record during the year."

How do i declare the income and put in for the medical expenses?

I would message them on myAccount to ask them why this is happening and they seem to have no record of your employment for 2021.
