Tax Repayment During Unemployment'

Hi. I have recently been unemployed and have just found part time work (15hrs per wk) until January. I am working 3hrs a day 5 days a wk and so cannot sign on. I am on a very low level income and so am receiving a small Supplementary Welfare Allowance payment which brings me up to the 188Euro income when combined with my weekly earnings. I am curious as to whether or not I will still be entitled to claim my tax back. I have received a p50 in the post from my local revenue but it says 'Tax Repayment During Unemployment'. Will I still be able to claim it back or is there a different form I need to fill out. I am not sure whether or not I can claim it back now that I am working again even though my total income per week is the same as a person on the dole. Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you get a payslip ? If so, this should tell you your year to date tax paid and credits. Given that its doubtful that you are paying any tax currently I guess the tax is not paid back by your current employer. Also its close to year end you may be as well waiting for your final payslip and try working it out from the figures there.
