I was just wondering how I go about seeing if i am getting tax relief on my pension. I pay PAYE and have a Eagle Star pension. I get a form from Eagle Star but see no mention of this on my Tax form.

If you are making contributions through payroll then they should be deducted from gross salary before tax and PRSI/health levy deductions are calculated. If you are making the contributions out of net salary (i.e. on a "standalone" basis and not under an employer occupational scheme) then you need to inform Revenue about this so that they can update your tax credits and perhaps refund you any tax that you are due back. Just write a letter to them explaining the situation, including your PPS/RSI number, details of the scheme, a copy of the Retirement Anniuity Contract or PRSA1 form, details of contributions to date etc. and they should sort it out.
