My client has been made redundant after 8 years working and is in the process of becoming s/e as a ground worker/digger driver. He may form a limited company. Are there any tax schemes/reliefs he can claim? If he was to claim jobseekers benefit could he get a back to work scheme? how long would he have to claim the JB before he would be considered?
