FAQ Tax Relief (PAYE)

I want to ensure I am claiming all the tax relief due to me..

Are (i) membership fees for a professional institute (Accountants, Doctors, etc) or (ii) Uniforms/Overalls allowable for tax relief?

Where can I get a full list of allowances? I have tried revenue.ie and itsyourmoney.org but didn't have much luck.
