From my reading of the Revenue policy on tuition fees they have changed. Relief has been abolished for those spending less than €1000 per year and reduced by €200 for all others. (This is for part-time, €2000 threshold for full-time and €400 reduction for those above it)

I'm taking two ACCA modules this year and will be taking training courses costing €1102 in total. My tax relief on these fees will now be €20.50 rather than €220.50.
Is this correct?
