Tax relief on Service charges and Medical charge tax claims

Sorry had a quick search could not find the answer.

Was looking to see if I could put in my Tax relief claims on bins and saw that it abolished in last election from 1st Jan 2012. So was wondering does that mean I cannot claim for payments for my bins for 2011?

Also just wanted to check if there were any changes to the Med Health claims - MED 1 form can I still put that in?

In the 2011 tax year you can claim relief on service charges paid in 2010.
In 2012 you can no longer claim relief on service charges paid in 2011.

No changes to medical expenses claims.
