Tax Relief on property management fees

No it's not like mortgage interest relief if that's your question. You could claim it as a deduction from rental income if the property is rented.
 
Thanks Joe 90...no its not rental, but someone told me recently they thought you could claim on the bin charges part of it, but I cant seem to find any info on it
