Tax relief on Gaeltacht Fees

I am paying fees for my daughter who is doing a Masters In Education with Hibernian College. Part of the course is a requirement to spend two weeks in the Gaeltacht costing €750. I am aware I can claim tax relief on tuition fees but am wondering if I can claim anything on the Gaeltacht fee - the fee is not paid to Hibernian but is paid directly to NUIG Galway who run the courses.
