The 2011 Finance Act provided for relief on expenditure on works to improve the energy efficiency of a private home.I am considering some improvement works at present which could benefit from this. As far as I can tell the Minister never issued a commenmcement order to put this in place? Does anyone have any info/views on whether this 'on the cards'?
