Can anyone help me please or advice me please as I really dont know what to do.
I noticed that I wasnt getting my TRS on my mortgage with ICS for the last 4 years. After lenghty discussions with ICS and Revenue since last November, Revenue have now reactivated the account and I should see from next month (April) that I am receiving the tax credit.
Should I not receive the TRS owed in one lump sum by cheque? or can I request that I do. It seems its going to be passed onto me on a monthly basis.
My other problem is I moved from ICS so my mortgage is no longer with them.
