Tax Registration Number for ROS

Hi All,
Just trying to register online for ROS but it is asking for the above.
Could someone tell me what this is.

One more thing actually.
I want to do self assessment for rental property so from the drop down list do i select PAYE or income tax on the ROS website.

Ihave tried putting in income tax and my PPSN number but am still being told that my number is not registered for this type of tax.
