I have been working for a contractor since 1st July. He got al my information and said he was setting up a partnership and would sort my tax out for me when his bank ac's were sorted, which I presumed would take maybe till the end of that week. I approached him today and asked about getting some wage slips of him to apply for a loan and he has saod he has not been paying my tax, he wanted to wait till the 1st of October until the current job we are working on is concluded.
My question is can I pay tax myself on the money I have received to date as I do not want a bad record and have always had my records up to date. Is there any other way to deal with this.
