Tax on rent from car parking space?

Hi,

I live in an apartment complex but have no car. My apartment came with a parking space which I have just started to rent out (€90/month).

Is there any chance the income from this would be covered under the rent a room scheme?

Not unless it's part of your apartment's interior and the car stays overnight.
