Tax on Pension

Hi guys,

Quick question.
I didn't earn anything last year, I was out of the country.
I haven't fill out a tax form for 2008.
I Did get a pension refund from my previous employment, taxed at 20%
Am I entitled to that refunded since that is the only income I got from 2008 tax year.

The 20% withholding from pension contributions refunds is nor refundable to you I am afraid.
