Just wondering ,

Say you should have paid a certain tax 3 years back but did not, and since then you have dealt with the revenue and they have checked your account and they say all is correct no tax liability.
Now taking penalty's and fines into account the money owed is now 3 times what you once owed but you don't have cash to pay.
Also someone in revenue you know also checked as a favor your account and say's you are clear and they say 100% you will never be asked for this .
But let's say you now have the cash to pay the original bill, Can't ask revenue guy again as it was a once off favor .
Is there a way to approach revenue and offer to pay original amount without the fines etc.
I know you could stay quite but want peace of mind.
Can an accountant approach revenue on your behalf without saying who you are,
It involves deferred tax

Do you mean you should have filed a certain return and paid tax but did not ? If that is the case, if Revenue do not know you should have filed, then of course your record will show clear. However under self-assessment it is your obligation to file and pay any non-PAYE taxes which may be due.

An accountant can't talk to Revenue about your case if you do not want to say who you are. The first thing Revenue look for on an enquiry is the taxpayers PPS number.
