Do revenue operate a tax hotline? Where you can report people you believe are evading tax?
 
I'm sure if you call the Collector General's division they could point you in the right direction ??

Thanks Clubman/havalaugh I'll check those out. This is not normally my style but my girlfriends landlord treated her very badly when she recently moved out of his house. We strongly suspect he is not paying income Tax on the rent he receives (more or less told us so) and has been driving a Uk reg car for 6months without paying the VRT.
