Hi, I retired at the end of March, 2010, and went to live in Singapore. I have a governmental pension (i.e. from the HSE) that I just discovered from Tax Leaflet RES 1 is taxable in Ireland as if I was still living there. Anyway, the HSE deducted PAYE etc.
I am in the process of sorting out my taxes for 2010 and my question is this: Since I am taxed as if I live in Ireland, am I entitled to Tax Credits (e.g. Personal Tax Credit of 1830 and PAYE Tax Credit of 1830)?
Thanks for your help.
