Tax credit help

Hi, I've got a question about tax credits hoping someone can help.

Currently I'm claiming tax credits for my 2 children. They live with my partner in a local authority house, I live at another address.

My partner does not claim lone parents and is only recieving Child Benefit every month.

We all survive on my wages plus the child benefit and are in the process of getting FIS sorted out.

I know I will lose my taxcredits for the 2 children but can I claim other tax credits in it's place ?
