My husband is planning a career break - do the same rules apply to spouse taking tax credits even though he is on career break rather than being unemployed? Also how do we find out about the figures etc? Many thanks
A phonecall to your local revenue office and explain that you want to take your husbands tax credits as he is going on a career break should be enough.
