Tax clearance cert

Hi
I have just Got a Loan offer from my bank to reduce our company overdraft to loan but here is the possible problem, we currently owe revenue 15k.
The Bank want a Tax Clearance cert so,
What,s the best way to approach the situation regarding a tax clearance cert from revenue comm.
If we do not get the overdraft to loan and revenue do not give the clearance cert 10 people go on the live register.
any advise would relieve many sleepless nights......

Contact the Revenue and get an installment arrangement, once this is in place then you could get a temporary clearance certificate
