Hi there, am looking at getting an attic conversion done to make a home office - self employed. What can I claim back for this? Are there any reasons why I would not claim back anything for this? Tx.
Capital gains on the property when you sell would be one reason not to claim it , just put it down to attic conversion & claim the interest relief on the extra mortgage payment
