I've travelled on the ferry several times with the car & family to Holyhead. Loved it ! Such a comfortable way to travel even without any upgraded seats.

After you park your car on the ferry, pay close attention to the level and entry/exit to the upper decks ! There are several stairwells so easy to get mixed up.

We had a really rough crossing only once but it was bad. Kids were vomiting alot ! And I was seriously queasy. I wouldn't go again without some "just in case" travel sickness tablets.

Was over a few times a year or so ago with the family. Booked a cabin. Quite pleasant.

Thanks, but I wouldn't waste time on a ferry trip watching TV soaps.
