Hi, I'm thinking of switching my mortgage to Ulster Bank to avail of the offer they have at the moment. However you have to pay the legal fees yourself.

You should not shop around for such an important service on price alone. You also need to make sure that you get somebody who will do a good job and offer the level of service that you need. Having said that there are lots of existing threads about cheap/discounted conveyancing deals that you should be able to find by browsing/searching.
