Sustainability course in Mayo

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has heard of the course in sustainable living run in Westport in Mayo? I'd love to do the course, its a year course but I'd like to hear from anyone who has done it or knows anyone who has.
Two day courses are also run on water management and use of solar panels but I'm interested in the year course.

No, I'm not, I only recently heard of the courses in Mayo by word of mouth. What are the courses in the Laois area?
