just got a survey done by Pat McGovern Chartered Surveyors for a malahide house , very detailed report €400+VAT Lower Fitzwilliam Street. you would proberbly get it cheaper elsewhere but getting somebody that is memeber of Society Of Chartered Surveyors puts your mind to rest. they are very swift and allowed you to pay by credit card which was handy.
