Hi, I'm looking for a surveyor for a property in Rush County Dublin. www.propertyhealthcheck.ie was mentioned on this site so I called them. The list they cover seems pretty comprehensive and the price is very good. Any reason why I wouldn't use them?
It seems like a one man band and he's a building surveyor and a member of Association of building engineers ([broken link removed]). I checked and he doesn't seem to be a member of the society of chartered engineers in ireland.
Any thoughts positive or negative?
