supplementary pension

i have a hse pension of 12,534.22 anually amalagated service of 27.3 yrs retired on A stamp. on job seekers due to end , have all criteria for supplementary how much will i get and how long to process

Can I ask what is the criteria for supplementary pension. Will your employer pay this or the government. If employer will they do this after you already have had job seekers.
