Does anyone know what happens at age 65 if a person is currently in receipt of a Supplementary Pension.?
Is that person entitled to Jobseekers Benefit at age 65 ending at age 66 when that person becomes eligible for the State Contributory Pension.? If so ,must that person apply for Jobseekers benefit for the year or is it an automatic payment.?
Or, does the Supplementary Pension continue to be paid to age 66 until the Contributory Pension kicks in.?

It would be the new over-65s payment rather than Jobseekers. This is on application to Social Welfare and doesn't involve "signing on". Eligibility is based on PRSI conditions. You are expected to apply for any Social Benefit for which you are entitled. If you qualify for the over-65s payment the Supplementary ends (unless the amount of the over-65s payment falls short of the Supplementary amount).
If you are refused the over-65s payment the Supplementary continues until State Pension age.
There is information on the over-65s payment here:
If you retire at 65, you may qualify for a benefit payment until you reach 66. The payment is similar to Jobseeker’s Benefit, but you don’t need to be looking for work or sign on at your local Intreo centre.
