super large soft toys

I would like to (perhaps) buy a super large soft toy.

You usually see them in shops, sometimes card shops.

I would ideally like a large Garfield, about 4 foot high (or more!)

Does anybody know where to get them?

I don't know if they actually sell them, but there is a Garfield like that in Easons in the Pavillions, Swords, it is quite often standing just by the main door - maybe worth a call.
 
Hi, I actually saw a Garfield in an Easons but thought it was a display model. I've since learned that they are €500, which is a bit steep for me!

Saw the same guy in Easons, The Square. He is a bit grubby and talking to one of the assistants led me to believe that they would be glad to get rid of him and would give a discount.

Having said that, he is a ridiculous size and I would go mad if I got a present of one of those. They would need a room of their own. The €44.95 one was a much better option.
 
I wanted one that could be used as a soft seat for a child. I'm not prepared to pay even a 50% discount on €500 though!
 
I know this is a totally different thing but someone gave us a present of one of these last christmas and it is really handy. Our toddler loves sitting in it and when the seat is flipped out we put our baby sitting on it and she is cushioned if she falls, it's like a mini play pen for her but she doesnt feel restricted.
 


When we got one of these at christmas, I thought, here we go, theywill bore of this in an hour and it will take up valuable real estate for the next 6 months. I was wrong, great present.
 
hmm, that sofa is cute and all but I was hoping to get something that would last a little longer.

Of course the bean bag is the default option but they are so 80's! I was just hoping to find a huge Garfield or something for not too much money!
