Would it be necessary to apply for planning permission to divide a single, detached house into two units.? All thats required is closing up a corridor by building an internal wall and seperating electrics, plumbing etc. The house is in a private estate
The intention is to create two seperate units to rent, - seperate entrances (one original front door, one original back door), seperate esb meters , bathrooms etc etc ..... basically a better return in rental income that one house
