hi all,
i bought a 3 storey end of terrrace house approx 100 yrs old nearly 2 years ago. I did at the time get a (relation) engineers report carried out that gave me the all clear. I am looking for a second opinion on the condition of the house. Can anyone recommend a structural engineer that they were happy with. I do not want to get my previous engineer involved and stopping short of closing my eyes and picking out the many names in the yellow pages i would very much appreciate any and all responses?
There is a crack on the gable end of the house and i need piece of mind...whatever the outcome.
