Structural engineer for subsidence

Can anyone recommend an independent structural engineer in Cork? Its for a friend who is viewing a house that's at a knockdown price but has cracking in the walls. He was going to ask a subsidence specialist to look at it but for obvious reasons I told him to get an independent engineer instead.

if there is subsidence, remember that the costs are horrendous and it might not be a bargain even at any price.
