stopcock cover ????

Hi all
I am doing a bit of diy around my house and notice that the water pressure was quite powerful coming into the house. I went looking for the mains near the main road and found that the council had tared over it. I went and got a stopcock and fitted it...... wayhaaa !!! it works great but i need one of those casings that goes over it so i just flip the lid on the surface and ajust the pressure if i need to....... what the name i the contraption i need to get
I feel such a pro for the job i did yet so amateur for not knowing the name of this thing :mad:
Any idea's

Stop tap chamber and lid seems a reasonable guess.
