Stick on tiles

Hi all,
I discovered stick-on tiles on Ebay last night

Sounds like a dream job for those who haven't a clue (like me). I didnt want to touch the kitchen until the next year, however the kitchen tiles in the new house are dreadful and I couldnt live with them.

However, I think 15 euro for 2 sqr.feet is a bit expensive for what it is, dont you think???
Has any one used them, or knows a place where I can get them cheaper?

Seems expensive alright and can't imagine how they will look. Its amazing if money is tight how you can learn to live with things. Took me many years to get rid of our bathroom tiles that I hated. Both money and the inconvenience of being without the bathroom put me off getting the job done.

You might get away with painting them instead but some people aren't too keen on the outcome.

Hi, many tears ago I tiled a bathroom in vinyl floor covering. Sounds bizarre, but I simply cut it up (it was a small tile pattern)in the squares printed on it stuck it on the walls with some glue and grouted it . It looked well and very easy. So I gather stick on tiles should be just as easy. My one was cheaper thoug.
 
Hi there...I live in Galway...I've hated my kitchen tiles for the last 8 years and really want to change them but with little expense...I've heard of stick on tiles....do you know a retailer I could purchase from or a website I could visit? I tried ebay but found nothing...
 
I bought some in Homebase in Rathfarnham for our utility room. They had a selection of about 8 different colours. One box covered the floor area and they were easy enough to cut where needed. I think I paid about €40 for a box that covered 11' x 3'. Really pleased with the result. I'm not sure if I would put them in the main kitchen though
