Steering vibe-low speeds?

The steering on my '00 Yaris vibrates at low speeds, but is fine on national roads or Motorways. Got tracking and balancing done, but didn't solve problem.No bulges on tyres, or buckles in wheels. Bit of a mystery. Any ideas? cheers.

I think its a buckled wheel. Get the wheels checked carefully on the inside and the tyres as well.I got caught out by checking the wheels on the outside only.Felt a real fool when I saw the wheel

Do you have Alloy wheels? If so, it sounds they may need to be rebalanced (little lead weights on the circumference of some/all of the wheels)
