Does anybody what time frame a financial institution has to reclaim a debt? Its a small credit card debt i have in the Uk,completly overlooked it until i was sorting through paperwork recently, havent heard a peep from the company for years. Any ideas ????

And if a judgement is obtained if can be chased for 12 years from the date of judgement.
