The context for this question is I'd like to open a state savings account & I need proof of PPSN & my address to do so. I don't have a public services card or EHIC card in my married name, but I also don't get any actual post from Revenue: everything is online (same with payslips).
State Savings say they will accept a 'certified copy' of a letter from Revenue with my PPSN. Question: Can I get a printed PDF of an official letter from revenue certified?
