Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone knows do I need to be finished taking parental leave before starting maternity leave to be able to get full pay?
I work in the public service so am entitled to full pay (state benefit topped up by work) while on maternity leave. However, I plan on using my parental leave to work part time for the Summer (2 days per week of parental leave). Do I need to stop this in Sept and go back on 5 days to be able to get 5 days maternity benefit in Oct?
