starting a lettings business

i've been involved in property for about 20 years i have a rental property myself that i look after and i also maintain a lot of properties for other landlords. am i mad to consider this as an option. any advice both , positive and negative would be grateful thanks in advance donee

If you are in full time employment don't leave it to start letting propertys for other people. I don't think you could pick a worse time to start doing this. Rents are falling every day and it taking longer and longer to get tenants. It will only get worse over the coming year.

to be honest im self employed or shoud that be self unemployed and am just looking at considering any options at all, but cheers for that
