just wondering peoples opinion which area is better as a business address? as in new business set up. which is more impressive? which area is better. many thanks

I don't think where you locate will affect the perception of your business in the way you seem to think.
Look for the most suitable location transport/market/communications wise...if they're both similarly suitable personally I'd go for Templeogue

I don't think people are "impressed" by a business address...many of the most successful companies in Ireland are located in what many would consider pretty terrible areas

depends if it is just an address or you will have clients visiting.
IMHO people would be worried in some cases if it is a residential address but apart from that, it is accessibility for customers.

It also depends on the business.

I would not advertise a business address at all if it is a residential.
If it is a bona fide office address, I don't think Knocklyon or Templeogue makes a difference. If you know the address really should be Knocklyon, then use that. Don't try to misprepresent the location, or you could make yourself look like an amateur
