I've been on this quite a bit the past few days asking various questions about financial issues but ive just discoverd this section for careers. great. so i'll begin my rant on this particular issue.
25 years old, graduated uni in 2004 in media production and management BA.
however i covered Marketing/ strategic Management/ Consumer behaviour/ project management and so on.. so it was a lot of business within a media course. once i finished college i worked in a store a close family member managed, and saved to go abroad for 6 months volunteering. then arrived home in Sept 2005 and continued to work for a few months until I applied fo a job in Lux. in the financil services in a T.A. however after 7 months of that I found it was not for me and came home after a spot of travelling. so I've been home since christmas 2006. When i arrived home i began temping, but then my very close family member got diagnosed with cancer last march and i decided to leave my job to work part time in her shop and look after her too. as it was flexible. now i find myself looking to kick start my career and im just at a looss really what to do. Most jobs are in T.A that pay half decently, and everywhere else in 22-25k... i cannot live on that with all of my debts. so im just asking would anyone have any reccommendations for me? ive just had a few years of great highs and great lows and im trying to get myself back on track.
