Does anyone know how to accurately work out stamp duty requirement for following example, as I'm unclear how it works for allowances built into new house builds.
House purchase price is €400k. Site value of €50k, so €350k house build.
€350k includes the 13.5% VAT, so ex VAT price is €308375
All houses in estate include kitchen allowance of 10k. Extra €5k allowance negotiated with builder for floors
Stamp duty is payable at 1% - anyone know if this is it payable on
