Stamp duty on rental lease

We are preparing to rent a dwelling for a year and the landlord has just given us a lease.

One of the clauses says that the tenant agrees to 'pay and discharge the Stamp Duty payable on this Agreement and Counterpart.'

Can anyone advise what the stamp duty payable on rental leases is please? Have googled but not come up with anything.
