Stamp Duty on new PPR

Hello all,

First Thread!

I am in the process of moving to a new PPR and have agreed the sale (in principal), of current PPR. New PPR is less than 125square metres and price is €290,000. Does this mean that I wont have to pay any stamp duty ??

If the new PPR is a new build under 125sqm then no SD applies.
