Stamp duty - end of 2 years

I got the keys to my house in June 2008 and made my first mortgage payment in August 2008. I am now looking to rent my house out as I am moving abroad. My question is; When exactly is the 2 years up for me in order to avoid stamp duty so I can hopefully rent the house out asap.
