Stakeholder Pension or Teacher's Pension contributions?

I have been contributing to a Stakeholder Pension with AXA for a good many years, but also have worked half the week as a teacher for about 7 years and been contributing through my salary to that. My question is, would I be better off stopping contributing to the Stakeholder Pension altogether and instead use that money to purchase Additional Teacher's Pension? Will making an additional payment (or payments) to TP be likely to be more advantageous than continuing making them to a Stakeholder Pension?

Is there even some way I could transfer my Stakeholder Pension sum to Teacher's Pension?
