Spybot - cant fix selected problems

When i try to fix three selected problems which show after a search on spybot, it says 'action cannot be performed as you are not an administrator, please run this application elevated as an administrator'. Then 'access denied' shows.

I have never had this problem before.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
 
yes i downloaded superantispyware instead! had it done before i seen your post about right clicking on it! thanks anyway!
